Sword Maker Profile: D.R. Langenbacker

Further information pending, but let me quickly say that David Langenbacker is well known for the incredible variety of tsuba (guards) and fuchi kashira (hubcaps) and menuki (emblems) that go with Japanese swords. They perform wax casts and can reproduce anything you want on a per project basis. This may be a great idea for those of you with rare furnishings but want them reproduced so that you can use them in a newer sword for Iaido practice. His fittings are typically cast in brass, but you can arrange to have it cast with a variety of metals.
